Fold formed, oxidized, hand rubbed copper brooch set with composited breccia jasper. This original design includes a pin adapter for wearing as a pendant on a chain or cord. Jasper is the opaque sister of translucent agate. Both are very hard silicates like quartz. Breccia is rock that was broken and reformed from the pieces. This brooch would look wonderful at the shoulder holding a scarf, cape or serape. Sealed with non-toxic lacquer to protect the finish and prevent tarnish on skin and clothing. 2.4" x 2.9"
